What Linen Ladies offers and information vital to using our linens

We, the Linen Ladies think we have a valuable service to offer. We think we have covered all the necessary steps to insure that you have the linens you need at the appropriate dates and locations you have specified. We will package your linens with your name tag that will specify your inventory, address of the rental unit you are renting and your dates. Keep all your bags for your linen return (either to your realtor or pickup at the unit at check-out). ALL PICKUPS commence at 10AM!

What should I do when I retrieve my linens as I arrive at my rental property?

PLEASE make sure your linen package is correct and CALL/TEXT US at 609-703-6107 with any questions or concerns. You are responsible for any missing or damaged linens and equipment you rented from us. If the linens are ripped or stained and cannot be used again your card will be charged to replace them (rental price). Equipment charge is the replacement value of the piece lost or damaged. Please note, LINEN LADIES of Cape May assumes no responsibility and/or liability for any injury and/or accidents due to the use or mis-use of any rental item.

Is there a retrieval fee if I mistakingly didn't follow all supplied directions?

RETRIEVAL FEE of $20 will be charged if we cannot pickup your linens because they are locked inside the unit or not returned to the realtor or left in such disarray that we have to collect and bag them ourselves because you did not. It is your responsibility to read the literature we provide and have your return order outside by the front door at 10 am or back to your realtor by 10 am.

How do I prepare my order for return to Linen Ladies?

Bundle each sheet set in one of its pillowcases. Place all rented linens/towels in the pink plastic bags the order was originally packaged in. DO NOT RETURN OWNER ITEMS SUCH AS MATTRESS PADS, SHAMS, ETC. FOR HEAVENS SAKE PLEASE SECURE THE BAGS! Any rented equipment should be cleaned prior to returning.

THERE IS A $15 HANDING FEE IF YOU DISREGUARD THESE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

What happens If I include items from the house I rented in the return bags that were not originally deliverd in my order?

We kindly request that you refrain from giving us mattress pads or bedding provided by the rental property. Linen Ladies does not rent mattress pads, and any bed coverings present upon your arrival belong to the homeowner. These items should remain at the property.

If such items are returned to us, they will be laundered, and arrangements will be made to return them to the property at your expense, including applicable delivery fees. We encourage you to carefully inspect the provided linens and bedding when you check in to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How does Linen Ladies wash its linens?

Our linens are meticulously laundered using HOT water, high-quality commercial laundry detergent, bleach for white linens, and fabric softener to ensure cleanliness, freshness, and the highest standard of care.

Hypoallergenic linens are available upon request only, and for an additional fee. Please submit a request to admin@linenladies.com

What season can I order linens from Linen Ladies?

We are Open and Available for your linen rental year round!!!!

What is your refund policy?

NO REFUNDS – Due to the current economic climate, we are unable to offer monetary refunds at this time. However, we are happy to provide a credit for the full value of your order, which can be applied to a future stay with us in Cape May, either this year or next. This policy helps ensure the continuity of our services while accommodating your future vacation needs.
